So as you may or may not know I like to buy vintage postcards of places I visit when possible.
I have cards from Hawaii, and N'awlins but for some reason I didn't look out for any while in Savannah. It must have slipped my mind. Anyway, I managed to find a couple online and wanted to share. The second one depicts how lush it is in Savannah trees everywhere with Spanish moss hanging from the limbs.
I also posted some pictures I took of flowers I thought were pretty on a stroll though the town, and Forsyth Park which was lovely. I went running there one of the days and I felt like I was on a movie set. The town definitely has its charm and was a pleasure to visit.
I want to see those big trees with the moss. I want to go to Savannah! Isn't that where Designing Women was supposed to be? I love that show. Oh and do you like to get the post cards from places that you have been to yourself or do you also like to get them as gifts?
